Torino bambin cade dal balcone Mattia Aguzzi

There could have been a terrible tragedy this morning, Saturday 26 August, in Via Nizza, Turin, where a 3-year-old girl fell from the fifth floor but fortunately landed in the arms of a passer-by, Mattia Aguzzi, 37, is the name of the hero. It was around 11 a.m. when a person living in the building in front of the little girl’s home noticed the little girl on the balcony.

The situation immediately appeared dangerous. The man drew the attention of Mattia Aguzzi, who followed the situation from below. At one point the child leaned out and fell.

The passer-by had the cold blood, together with excellent reflexes, to catch the little girl on the fly. No serious consequences for the child and the person who saved her life.

Mattia Aguzzi was taken to the CTO in Turin for checks while the little girl was taken to the Regina Margherita. From what we learn, the little girl was at home with her parents, who had not noticed anything as they were busy cleaning the house.

Mother and father realized what had happened, attracted by people’s screams, and immediately ran to the street to their little girl, fearing the worst.
